MOUNT VERNON, Wash. – A teenage woman who balked at stipendiary for a ordered of inch-long, pumpkin-orange imitation fingernails in a disagreement at a Mount Vernon nab store said a nab technician grabbed her and proven to search the nails off. The 48-year-old technician told the Salishan Valley Herald that the disagreement was strictly verbal.
The technician said she and the client argued over the organisation on the girl's nails and the woman proven to yield without paying.
Once a personnel officer arrived, the 13-year-old woman and her mother agreed to clear $10. The technician said the nails and her fag were worth most $30.
Police spokeswoman Jill Boudreau said personnel are referring the housing to the city's prosecutor for a doable offense attack charge.
