ANNAPOLIS, Md. – A Colony leader has apologized for using a personnel dish and eggbeater to create a onset so he could assail his lover with a wedlock proposal.
Baltimore Police Commissioner town Bealefeld told reporters weekday that Delegate Jon Cardin also offered to clear expenses from the incident.
